In the vast wilderness of the internet, we often hear the term "PageRank." Among internet 'dollar hunters,' this term is no longer unfamiliar. In fact, PageRank is extremely important to them (including myself :). In this article, we will discuss what PageRank or link popularity is. Additionally, we will explore one way to increase our PageRank, which is by utilizing do-follow links.
First, let's talk about PageRank. As the name suggests, PageRank is a ranking measure for a page or website on the internet. It's like when we were in school or college. Our achievements would be recognized by a ranking or grade point average that differentiates the individual quality of each student. Well, it's the same with PageRank. Each website will have its own PageRank to distinguish its priority or determine which website is more important than another.
There are several sites that create priority metrics for a page or website. Among them are Google and Alexa. Google itself provides a priority scale between 1 and 10. Sites it considers most important are awarded PageRank 10. While those less important will receive a decreasing rank from 9 to 1. However, if our site already has a rank of 2 or 3, that's already a blessing. Because such a PageRank indicates that our site's pages will circulate in Google search and can, of course, generate income. However, we'll discuss how to make money later :D
But how do we know what our current PageRank is? It's easy. There's a site that provides a Google PageRank checking service. Simply visit prchecker.info, enter your site or web page address, and Google will tell you your current rank.
What are the results? Hoho, don't be disappointed yet if your PageRank is only 1 or you don't have any PageRank at all. All roads lead to Rome; there are many ways to increase your PageRank :D
One of the many ways is to embed our website link on other websites that already have PageRank. One of the parameters Google uses to determine PageRank is the quantity of external websites linking to our website. The more websites that link to us, the better our website's PageRank will be. This will be even better if the websites linking to us have a high PageRank, such as 3, 4, or 6.
So how can we embed our links if we don't know the administrators? Don't worry, folks. There's a cost-effective, easy, and fast way to embed our links. Although there's a saying, "no acquaintance, no affection," in this case, we don't actually need to know the admin. As long as we can place a link there, the matter is settled. Hoho. Here's how.
On every website or blog, there's usually a comment section for each article. This comment section is commonly found at the bottom of each article post. Visitors are given the freedom to comment on anything, and more importantly, website owners usually also provide a website URL field. It's in that field that we can type our website address, which will appear along with the comment we write.
